1) Main Structure and Heating Design

composite board insulation layer triples the
heat efficiency of our previous machine.

The heating elements are distributed in a
carpet-like manner to ensure even heating.
The temperature difference inside the furnace
will not exceed 5

C, thus ensuring consistent
heating which improves yields.

The heating elements are made from
nichrome heating tubes encased in 304
stainless steel tubes that provide radiant
heating which is more effective. They are very
stable and heat up faster with longer life
expectancy.

All wiring is connected outside the furnace
allowing for easier maintenance and no heat
damage.

A patented heating system using turbo blower
takes hot air to every corner of the furnace.
2) Advanced Vacuum System

Italian designed wind cooling vacuum pump
offers consistent performance.

It can work continuously for 24 hours.

Vacuum rate reaches up to -0.09 to -0.098
Mpa.

It is equipped with a buffer tank which
maintains vacuum for up to 1 day in the
case of power interruption.

Double vacuum system allows for a faster
and better vacuum.
3) Advanced Vacuum Bag System

The vacuum bag adopts a special 3mm thick
Silica Gel Plate made in the USA

It can withstand high temperatures up to

C.

Guaranteed for 4 years to stay in good
working condition.

Allows laminating up to 40mm thickness
without fear of tearing or losing vacuum.

Teflon mesh included in each bag ensures
that small sizes of glass can be processed.
o
The Teflon also protects bag from being
broken by glass and enables faster vacuum.
o
The bag and height of chamber allow for
curved glass up to 400mm** high to be
laminated in the furnace. **This can be
customized to allow a greater arc height.
4) Siemens Control System
•
PLC controls the laminating process
automatically.

Heating time and temperature can be adjusted
according to the glass thickness and size.
•
A touch screen controller allows for easy
operation and monitoring.
•
Self-checking functions built into the machine will
display any problem on the monitor.
